Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing maevn.in or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of maevn.in
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website

Products

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
  • We have made every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and cannot be considered a defect
  • Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of placing your order will be honoured
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation from us
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or stock unavailability
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for further assistance

Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery for eligible orders
  • Cash on delivery is available on orders below Rs.5000. A handling fee of Rs.180 per item will be deducted from refunds on COD orders that are returned
  • All online payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card or payment details on our servers

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship pan India through our courier partners Bluedart and Delhivery
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment

Returns and Exchanges

  • Our returns and exchanges policy is available on our Returns page. Please read it carefully before placing an order
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our returns policy

Intellectual Property

  • All content on maevn.in including logos, images, text, product names and brand assets are the property of Mallory Essentials LLP
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website without our prior written permission
  • Hydroweave is a trademark of Mallory Essentials LLP. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mallory Essentials LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of maevn.in will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu
