Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear to work. If something isn't right, the fit, the colour, or anything else, we'll make it easy to fix.

The Basics

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unwashed, with tags intact. Worn once to check fit is completely fine
• We offer free pickup from your delivery address anywhere in India

How to Initiate a Return

• Log in to your account at maevn.in using Email and OTP
• Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return
• Click on Return or Exchange and follow the steps
• All returns and exchanges are self-serve only. Customer support cannot manually initiate a return on your behalf
• Once submitted, your pickup will be scheduled within 1 to 2 working days

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refund will be credited back to your original payment method
• COD orders: refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer. A COD handling fee of Rs.180 per item will be deducted from the refund amount

Exchanges

• We offer size and colour exchanges on all eligible items
• Initiate an exchange the same way as a return, through the self-serve portal
• Your replacement will be dispatched once the original item is picked up

Please Note

• Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted
• If you are unavailable for the scheduled pickup, a second attempt will not be possible. You will need to send the item directly to: Mallory Essentials LLP, 1/10 Perundurai Main Road, Chithode, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638102
