Shipping Costs
We offer free express shipping on all orders across India, no minimum order value required.
Where Do We Ship From
All Maevn orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Erode, Tamil Nadu. We currently ship within India only.
Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed after it is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods and public holidays. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3 to 6 business days
- Remote areas: 5 to 8 business days
Deliveries are handled by Bluedart and Delhivery. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
